OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With a career that began at the age of 17 in 2004 in the Events industry, he has a solid background in the sector, including a diploma in Tour Guiding from Senac, a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality from UNEB, and a specialization in Event Management from Olga Mettig.
Throughout his journey, he has worked as a freelancer for various event production companies and as a trainee in significant tourism organizations in the State of Bahia, such as Bahiatursa, Saltur, and Infraero.
Currently, he serves as a Managing Partner at FL.A Nordeste, emphasizing the importance of communication and alignment of expectations as crucial elements for the success of any project.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
With a degree in Tourism from FIB – Faculdades Integradas da Bahia and a period of refinement in Orlando, Florida, where she learned Disney’s standards of excellence in service, our director has a solid track record in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector since 2009. She focuses on the Northeast region of Brazil and collaborates with clients from the São Paulo market. Her postgraduate degree in Marketing and Sales from Anhembi Morumbi has been a crucial differentiator in passionately achieving all her career goals.
